Before: KENNEDY, CONTIE and WELLFORD, Circuit Judges. Order Plaintiff appeals the district court's dismissal of his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 action on motion for summary judgment. The complaint alleged that the named defendants denied him the right to free exercise of religion by deceptively serving pork or pork products to Jewish inmates at the Cillicothe Correctional Institution. He alleged he was studying Judaism having been a Muslim. Plaintiff also argues that the trial court committed reversible error by failing to advise the pro se plaintiff of his rights and responsibilities in order to respond properly to a motion for summary judgment.
