Local 472, a local union of plumbers and pipefitters, commenced this action after its international organization removed seven and one-half counties lying between Macon and Atlanta, Georgia from the jurisdiction of Local 472. Named as defendants are the International, Georgia Power Company, Cleveland Consolidated, Inc., Superior Contractors & Associates, Inc., and various representatives of those defendants. Local 472 appeals from the District Courts grant of summary judgment in favor of all defendants. We affirm.
