FACTS. - Call was remodeling his store when Gurule, a customer, offered to supply him materials out of Gurules inventory. Call accepted the offer and the materials were supplied. However, rather than coming from Gurules inventory, Gurule bought them on open account from Bailey. Gurule did not pay Bailey, and Bailey filed notice of a suppliers lien. Call did not have a payment bond.
